What is your jewellery made of?
Every Jewellery Pit piece is crafted from solid 925 sterling silver and set with genuine natural gemstones such as turquoise, onyx, agate and carnelian. We never use plating.
How do I find my ring size?
Measure the inside diameter of a ring you already own, or wrap a strip of paper around your finger and measure the length in millimetres. Between sizes? Size up, or message us on WhatsApp and we'll help.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Worldwide delivery typically takes 7–20 business days with tracking on every order.
How do I track my order?
Every order ships with tracking. Your shipping confirmation email includes a live tracking link, and the link in your order confirmation opens your order status page anytime — no account needed. Or just message us on WhatsApp and we'll help.
What is your return policy?
We offer returns within 30 days on unworn items in original condition. See our Returns page for full details.
How do I care for sterling silver?
Keep your piece dry, store it in the pouch provided, and polish gently with a soft cloth. Avoid perfume, chlorine and harsh chemicals.
Are the gemstones genuine?
Yes — we use only natural gemstones. Because each stone is unique, colour and veining may vary slightly from the photos.
Is checkout secure?
Absolutely. All payments run through Shopify's PCI-compliant, encrypted checkout. We never see or store your card details.
