We want you to love your Jewellery Pit piece. If something isn't right, our returns process is simple and fair.
1. 30-Day Returns
Return within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, undamaged and in original condition and packaging.
2. How to Start a Return
Contact us at jewellerypit.online2@gmail.com or on WhatsApp (+90 545 472 47 96) with your order number and reason. Once your return is approved, post it to our returns address:

Please contact us before sending anything so we can log your return and confirm the details.
3. Refunds
Once received and inspected, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Original shipping is non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
Need a different size or style? Reach out and we'll reserve your new piece and guide the swap.
5. Return Shipping
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect. Use a tracked service where possible.
6. Faulty or Incorrect Items
Arrived damaged or wrong? Contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including shipping.
